We are pleased to announce that Nate Lourie has been promoted to the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for The R&R Family of Companies. Nate also serves as the CEO of RFX | REFE, two brands within R&R, and will continue as the CEO of RFX alongside his CRO duties.

Nate brings decades of experience, a forward-thinking vision, and dynamic leadership to the R&R Companies. As a customer facing sales leader, Nate has seen the evolution of the logistics space and will equip R&R for the future. With new offerings like Managed Transportation, International Shipping and technology enhancements in the new AI Era, R&R is equipped for continued excellence.
Nate’s career is built on a foundation of service, both in the business world and in the military. As a proud veteran, his service in the United States Army shaped his approach to leadership, fostering a deep commitment to teamwork, discipline, and clear communication.
