Please check off requirements below to verify you qualify.

I possess only one valid CDL and current DOT medical card, not expiring in next 90 days.
I have NOT had a DWI/DUI conviction or criminal offense in the last 7 years.
I have possessed my CDL for the past 24 months with a minimum of 24 months verified in the last 36 months operating the same type of vehicle to be insured.
I am at least 25 years old.
I will accept the R&R Family of Companies in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. I understand the NDAC will release all positive results in the past 3 years.
I have a CSA score of less than 100 for the past two (2) years. (Drivers with scores from 51 to 99 are evaluated on an individual basis and may be accepted on probation.)
My tractors are less than 15 years old and able to support an ELD
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

If a driver has had an accident(s) in the last 3 years, it will be reviewed by the Underwriter.

Hotshot Drivers must possess a (Class A, B or C) Commercial Driver License.

MVR & Past Employment will be reviewed for violations.
