Richard Francis is the owner of the R&R Family of Companies. Since 1999, Mr. Francis has served as President of R&R Express, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries. Mr. Francis serves on the Board of several transportation companies. He is the co-founder of FASTPORT, Inc. and serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Francis graduated with high honors from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics in 1978.
